Business coaching and development is one area in which we are able to assist, as we give you the tools and knowledge, we previously accumulated over 15 years of experience in the private sector in management accounting and senior financial positions.

Typically, we begin with an analysis of your business, examining the financial accounts and tax positions, cash-flows, debtors, creditors, sales terms, and organisational chart and behaviour of key personnel.

Our aim is to bring unity and coherence to your business objectives. If you are in manufacturing then inventory control is of paramount importance. Our aim is to bring your business back in line so you may grow and prosper and free your time for the important tasks.

We provide more than accounting and tax solutions by calling on related experts in legal, finance, financial planning and insurance, as and when necessary.

We keep you informed, in return, on any major recommendations through the process as well as preparing a written report and doing a presentation of major findings.

As part of our charter, we expect the client to disclose truly their financial position and debts and tax position.

In return, we will maintain strict confidentially and draw up a letter of understanding, detailing the scope of each project and our terms of remuneration.

Each accounting and tax consultancy work will be the subject of separate letters of engagement for businesses.
